In-Office Lab Services

Convenient laboratory collection available on-site at our Sugar Land and Memorial City locations — no need to visit a separate lab facility.

Both of our clinic locations offer in-office lab collection services, partnered with major reference laboratories. Lab draws are by appointment only — please contact our office to schedule.

⚠️ By appointment only. Our in-office labs do not accept walk-in collections. Please call or message us to schedule your lab appointment. You may also use any standalone LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics location near you — your lab order will be sent electronically.

How to View & Access Your Lab Orders

Lab orders are sent electronically through your patient portal. Follow the steps below to locate your orders and view results once they are available.

Log Into Your Patient Portal

Access your account at our patient portal page. Use a desktop or laptop for the best experience.

Locate Your Lab Order

Once logged in, navigate to the "Health" or "Documents" section where your provider's orders and care plan will be listed.

No Order Listed?

Message your provider through the portal specifying which lab location you prefer — they will send the order directly to that location.

How to View Your Lab Results

Log Into Your Patient Portal

Results are uploaded to your portal once reviewed by your provider.

Navigate to Test Results

Find results under "My Health" or "Test Results" in the portal navigation menu.

Results Not Visible?

Results may still be pending with the lab, or a follow-up appointment may be needed to review them with your provider. Please allow 3–5 business days after collection.

Log in to your patient portal to view lab orders and results, message your provider, and manage your health information — available 24/7.
