Referring a Patient to Our Practice
We welcome referrals from primary care physicians and specialists across the Houston area. Our board-certified endocrinologists provide comprehensive care for diabetes, thyroid disorders, PCOS, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary conditions, weight management, and more.
How to Refer a Patient
1. Send Records
Email relevant records, recent labs, and a brief clinical summary to info@endocrine.plus, or have your patient bring them to their first visit.
2. Have the Patient Call Us
Ask your patient to call 832-968-7003 to schedule, and mention your name and practice so we can coordinate care and send updates back to you.
New Patient Scheduling
New patient appointments are typically available within 1–2 weeks, often sooner. See our New Patient Info page for what your patient should bring to their first visit.
